Project management for the American Corps of Engineers (COE)
We managed and constructed military projects in Israel consisting of multiple complex systems for the American Corps of Engineers (COE), through local and foreign engineering firms. Our services consisted of project management (timetables, budget control, supervision and engineering support) all the way to the project’s final delivery.
Projects managed according to the procedures and methods of the American Corps of Engineers are conducted in English and conform to high international standards. Some of the projects were managed according to the “Design & Build” method.

We provided professional engineering supervision in relation to the electrical and communication systems for American Corps of Engineers (COE), projects in various military facilities in Israel. We provided QC services by utilizing the placement and outsourcing approaches.
