Project Management

Management of system-intensive electromechanical engineering projects with involvement from the tender phase through initial planning, execution, and final delivery to the client.

Projects span a wide range of sectors including data centers, defense facilities, the semiconductor industry, desalination plants, power stations, and transportation.

Our department includes experienced project managers and execution engineers working together under one framework, integrating electrical, mechanical, and civil engineering disciplines.

Management is carried out using international methodologies and advanced project management tools, including: material approvals, detailed work plans, risk management, quality and safety controls — all with full transparency toward the client and all stakeholders.
Our management approach ensures complete control over the project, meeting schedules, budgets, quality requirements, and safety standards

Work Process

1

Proposal Preparation

We assist in proposal submission through bid analysis, drafting preliminary schedules, cost and quantity estimation, and assembling the full project proposal.

2

Award of Contract

After winning the project, we review plans and specifications and begin detailed execution planning.

3

Risk and Budget Planning

We perform risk assessments, develop detailed project timelines, and prepare a baseline (“zero”) budget for expectation alignment and financial monitoring.

4

Technical Coordination

We prepare superposition plans and system coordination, establish a Document Control (DC) system for efficient project documentation management.

5

Team Recruitment

We recruit and assign engineers and technical staff according to project needs, including quality controllers, safety officers, execution managers, and supervisors.

6

Execution and Delivery

Manage execution on site, oversee all systems, coordinate with planners, monitor schedules and budget, and manage the delivery stages including submitting facility files and As-Made plans.

Engineering Supervision

Close engineering supervision of contractor work on-site, including plan and drawing reviews, system coordination (superposition), standard testing, and real-time issue resolution during execution.

Our inspectors are responsible for ensuring work quality, compliance with standards, plans, and engineering specifications. Supervision is carried out continuously on-site to verify proper and uncompromised implementation of plans.

Our inspectors operate in real-time to detect failures, prevent early-stage mistakes, resolve design and execution issues immediately, and ensure regulatory, standard, and specification compliance.
The team includes experienced engineers in electrical, mechanical, and civil engineering with proven international experience in complex system-intensive engineering projects.

Quality Control

Engineering quality control for complex electromechanical projects such as data centers, semiconductors, power plants, and desalination facilities — where quality is not a requirement but a baseline condition

Quality control processes begin at project award and continue throughout all project phases until full delivery. Our field QC operations are conducted to international standards, in close collaboration with planners, contractors, and suppliers.

Our certified QC engineers ensure uncompromising quality, fault reduction, and customer satisfaction at system operation stage.
Comprehensive quality control throughout all phases gives clients and developers peace of mind that the facility was built and delivered according to approved plans, specifications, and standards.

Our QC system is based on the “Three-Step” Principle:

  • 01

    Submittals

    Submission and approval of materials

  • 02

    Prep Meeting

    Pre-execution meeting

  • 03

    Follow-Up

    Execution monitoring and follow-up

Commissioning

We are the official and exclusive representatives in Israel of BVPI, a global leader in certification (commissioning) for mission-critical facilities such as computer rooms and data centers.

As the certified representative of BVPI, we provide clients with comprehensive, professional certification services for critical systems — ensuring optimal and reliable performance throughout the facility’s lifecycle.

Our commissioning team includes a commissioning manager and engineers specialized in various fields (electrical and mechanical), trained and certified in multiple data center facilities in Israel and abroad.

Our service provides industrial peace of mind — assurance that the system has been tested, approved, and is operating properly and reliably.

6-Stage Certification Process

1

Stage 1:

Design review and compliance check Writing the official Commissioning Plan

2

Stage 2:

Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) Factory Witness Testing (FWT) in the presence of the client

3

Stage 3:

Installation supervision of all systems: HVAC, cooling, fire suppression, communications, etc. Quality Assurance (QA) inspections by the contractor and our team Compliance verification with standards and plans Basic functionality testing

4

Stage 4:

Specific testing per system (e.g., UPS, generators, HVAC) Inter-system integration testing under load, failure simulation, emergency conditions

5

Stage 5:

Full functionality testing for each system Load Bank Tests (load simulations)

6

Stage 6:

Final system integration testing Final calibration, definitions, and delivery report for the client
